**5. Storage and Thinning

• Personnel and Coordination Number: Deleted as soon as a credit check is completed and documented, unless the data is required to administer the invoice until it is finally paid and the claim period has passed, provided that it is not required for accounting purposes.
• Warranty and Service Customer Data: Stored for as long as necessary to fulfill our warranty commitments. After the end of the warranty period, the data will be deleted, provided that they are not required for continued compliance with legal requirements.
• Accounting: Data in invoice documents are stored for 7 years after the end of the calendar year in which the financial year ended, in accordance with the Accounting Act.
• Newsletters and Marketing: Your email address will be saved for as long as you choose to subscribe to our newsletter. You can withdraw your consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link in our mailings, after which we will delete your address from the mailing list.
• Contests: Data will be deleted when the contest is finished. However, details of those receiving prizes are kept for as long as required by law.
